Shamsher Singh — known as “Rana Sir” — is the founder of BillionArc Management LLP with 31+ years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance). He has delivered 8,000+ sessions, holds 15+ professional certifications, and has mentored individuals and teams across India. He founded BillionArc to structure the entrepreneurship development and financial literacy work he had been doing informally throughout his career.

Does BillionArc guarantee any income, earnings, or financial returns?

Does BillionArc sell financial products or investments?

No. BillionArc does not sell, distribute, or recommend specific financial products, insurance policies, investment instruments, or securities of any kind. We are an education and mentorship platform. We do not hold or act under any distribution or advisory licence for financial products. Our revenue comes solely from our mentorship and education programmes.

How does the mentorship programme work? How do I join?

You begin by submitting an application. If we believe there’s a genuine fit, we schedule a discovery call — a no-pressure conversation about where you are and what you want. From there, an assessment is done, goals are set, and a personalised mentorship plan is designed. The programme follows the Learn → Apply → Grow framework. Not everyone who applies is accepted — we only take on mentees we believe we can genuinely help.

How long does the programme take? How much time do I need to commit?

The programme is not a fixed-duration course. It is an ongoing mentorship relationship calibrated to your pace and goals. Most mentees engage seriously for a minimum of 6–12 months before seeing meaningful results — though this varies significantly by individual. In terms of time commitment, expect a minimum of 3–5 hours per week of genuine engagement (sessions, learning, and applying).

Who is the programme designed for?

How much does the programme cost?

We do not publish a fixed price list because the mentorship is personalised, not a standardised product. No fee or payment of any kind is collected before a discovery call takes place. How is my personal data used and stored?

Does BillionArc have anything specific for Army families and ex-servicemen?

Yes — this is one of BillionArc’s specific focus areas. We offer financial literacy education specifically designed for Army families: understanding entitlements (ECHS, CSD, pension, gratuity), identifying misselling of financial products, and transitioning from service life to civilian entrepreneurship. We have a deep respect for the service and sacrifice of armed forces personnel and work to ensure they receive the financial clarity they deserve.

What is misselling and how do I protect myself?

Misselling occurs when a financial product is sold to someone for whom it is unsuitable — through misinformation, omission of key facts, or manipulation. Key warning signs include: promises of “guaranteed returns” on market-linked products, pressure to decide immediately, discouragement from reading documents, and products that don’t match your actual financial needs.
